These Website Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of qarqube.com, any related webpages, online forms, booking pages, payment links, digital content, and other online services we provide through or in connection with our website (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, submitting a form, requesting information, booking a service, making a payment, or communicating with us through the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Website Terms vs. Service Agreements

These Terms govern your use of the Site and related online features.

They do not replace any separate written or electronic agreement, waiver, valet ticket, storage agreement, service agreement, membership agreement, posted facility rule, invoice term, or other contract that applies to QAR-QUBE’s vehicle storage, valet, detailing, wash, concierge, or facility services.

If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a separate signed or accepted service agreement, the separate service agreement will control for the specific service covered by that agreement.

Use of QAR-QUBE’s physical facility and vehicle-related services may require acceptance of additional terms, including but not limited to:

Vehicle storage agreements
Valet terms and conditions
Vehicle-care or detailing terms
Membership terms
Payment authorization terms
Liability waivers
Posted facility rules
Safety instructions
Key-handling and retrieval procedures

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

If you use the Site on behalf of a company, organization, vehicle owner, or another person, you represent that you have authority to act on their behalf.

3. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

4. Website Content

The Site may include information about QAR-QUBE’s services, pricing, facility, features, promotions, availability, parking options, valet services, storage options, vehicle-care services, concierge services, images, videos, graphics, blog content, FAQs, forms, maps, and other materials.

Website content is provided for general informational and promotional purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all Site content is complete, current, error-free, or available at all times.

We may update, change, remove, or discontinue any Site content, service description, price, promotion, package, feature, or online functionality at any time without notice.

5. Service Information, Quotes, and Availability

Information on the Site does not guarantee that a specific service, parking space, storage platform, valet option, wash/detail package, concierge service, price, promotion, or time slot will be available.

Any quote, estimate, pricing display, appointment request, or online inquiry is not final until confirmed by QAR-QUBE.

We reserve the right to:

Accept or decline any service request
Require additional information before confirming service
Refuse service for vehicles that do not meet facility, safety, height, weight, size, condition, documentation, or operational requirements
Modify or cancel availability due to operational needs, safety concerns, mechanical issues, weather, staffing, facility conditions, emergency events, or other business reasons
Correct pricing or typographical errors
Require a separate agreement, waiver, inspection, or authorization before accepting a vehicle

6. Vehicle Suitability and Facility Restrictions

The Site may describe QAR-QUBE’s ability to store or service certain types of vehicles. These descriptions are general and do not guarantee that every vehicle can be accepted.

QAR-QUBE may decline or limit service for any vehicle that, in our judgment, is unsuitable for the facility or service requested, including but not limited to vehicles that are oversized, overweight, overheight, modified, leaking fluids, unsafe to operate, mechanically compromised, improperly documented, or otherwise unsuitable for the requested service.

Final acceptance of any vehicle is subject to physical inspection, staff approval, facility limitations, customer agreement, and applicable service terms.

7. Online Bookings, Forms, and Customer Information

When you submit information through the Site, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.

You are responsible for promptly notifying us if your information changes, including contact information, authorized pickup persons, vehicle information, payment details, or service instructions.

We are not responsible for delays, missed communications, service issues, or failed confirmations caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information you provide.

8. Payments and Billing

The Site may allow you to make payments, deposits, reservation payments, membership payments, service payments, or other charges through third-party payment processors.

By making a payment, you authorize QAR-QUBE or its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable amount, including any taxes, fees, deposits, recurring charges, late fees, cancellation fees, or other amounts disclosed at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. QAR-QUBE does not intentionally store full credit card numbers on QAR-QUBE-controlled systems.

All payments are subject to the terms, privacy policies, security practices, and processing rules of the applicable payment provider.

9. Deposits, Cancellations, Refunds, and No-Shows

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, invoice, booking confirmation, promotion, or posted service policy, payments, deposits, cancellation rules, refunds, and credits are handled at QAR-QUBE’s discretion based on the service requested, the timing of cancellation, work already performed, space reserved, staff time allocated, and other operational factors.

Certain services may require non-refundable deposits, minimum charges, late-cancellation fees, or no-show fees.

Any refund, credit, discount, or adjustment provided by QAR-QUBE does not waive our right to enforce these Terms or any other agreement in the future.

10. Memberships, Subscriptions, and Recurring Charges

If QAR-QUBE offers memberships, subscriptions, recurring storage plans, wash plans, concierge plans, valet plans, or other recurring services, the specific terms of those plans will be disclosed separately at signup or in the applicable agreement.

Recurring plans may include:

Monthly or other periodic billing
Minimum commitment periods
Initiation fees
Cancellation notice requirements
Service limitations
Usage limits
Upgrade, downgrade, or pause rules
Late payment or failed payment consequences

By enrolling in a recurring plan, you authorize QAR-QUBE or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until the plan is canceled according to the applicable terms.

Cancellation instructions will be provided in the applicable membership, storage, subscription, or service agreement. QAR-QUBE will not intentionally make cancellation more difficult than necessary, but certain services may require written notice, identity verification, account reconciliation, vehicle retrieval, key return, outstanding balance payment, or other operational steps before cancellation is complete.

11. Promotions and Offers

Promotions, discounts, special offers, introductory pricing, referral incentives, coupons, or packages may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, availability limits, service restrictions, blackout dates, vehicle restrictions, or eligibility requirements.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time unless prohibited by law.

Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

12. Communications, Email, and SMS

By submitting your contact information, you authorize QAR-QUBE to contact you by phone, email, text message, or other communication methods regarding your inquiry, reservation, vehicle, account, service, payment, safety, operational updates, promotions, or other business matters.

If you provide your mobile number, QAR-QUBE may send you text messages related to your inquiry, reservation, vehicle, service, pickup, retrieval, account, or other operational matters. With your consent where required, we may also send promotional text messages.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or by otherwise clearly telling us you no longer wish to receive text messages. You may reply HELP for assistance.

Opting out of promotional messages does not prevent us from contacting you when necessary for active service, safety, billing, legal, or transactional reasons, unless prohibited by law.

13. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share information.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have reviewed or had the opportunity to review our Privacy Policy.

14. User Submissions

If you submit comments, reviews, testimonials, feedback, messages, photos, videos, suggestions, service notes, or other content to QAR-QUBE through the Site or related online platforms (“User Submissions”), you represent that:

You have the right to submit the content
The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
The content does not violate the rights of any third party
The content is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, misleading, or harmful

You grant QAR-QUBE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, edit, and distribute User Submissions for business, marketing, customer service, operational, legal, and recordkeeping purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We are not required to publish or respond to any User Submission. We may remove or decline to use any User Submission at our discretion.

15. Reviews and Testimonials

Reviews, testimonials, ratings, and customer comments displayed on the Site or third-party platforms reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that every customer will have the same experience.

We may use customer reviews or testimonials for marketing purposes where permitted by law and platform rules.

16. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content are owned by or licensed to QAR-QUBE, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, icons, designs, layout, service names, trademarks, branding, and other materials.

You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes related to learning about or using QAR-QUBE’s services.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, display, scrape, reverse engineer, frame, mirror, republish, or exploit any Site content without our prior written permission.

The QAR-QUBE name, logo, branding, service names, and related marks may not be used without our written approval.

17. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to:

Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Impersonate another person or entity
Interfere with Site operation or security
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or networks
Upload malicious code, viruses, bots, scraping tools, or automated systems

Send spam, abusive messages, or unlawful communications
Misuse booking, payment, contact, or inquiry forms
Damage, disable, overload, or impair the Site

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, maps, payment processors, booking tools, social media pages, analytics tools, embedded media, or other services.Third-party services are not controlled by QAR-QUBE. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, privacy practices, security, fees, policies, or performance.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.

19. Maps, Directions, and Location Information

Maps, directions, estimated travel times, parking information, location references, and nearby business information are provided for convenience only.

We do not guarantee that map data, directions, traffic conditions, parking availability, access routes, or third-party location information will be accurate or current.

20. Website Availability and Security

We do not guarantee that the Site will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free at all times.

The Site may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, third-party service issues, cyber events, technical problems, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time without notice.

21. No Emergency Service

The Site is not intended for emergencies, urgent vehicle retrievals, security emergencies, police matters, fire matters, medical emergencies, or other urgent situations.

If there is an emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service.

For urgent vehicle or facility-related matters, contact QAR-QUBE directly by phone using the contact information available on the Site or provided in your service agreement.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all Site content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QAR-QUBE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, related to the Site, including warranties of accuracy, availability, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and security.

We do not guarantee that:

The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
The Site will be free from viruses or harmful components
Site content will always be accurate, complete, or current
A service shown on the Site will be available
A quote, price, promotion, or booking request will be accepted
The Site will meet your expectations or requirements

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QAR-QUBE and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, affiliates, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost business, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, website errors, unauthorized access, third-party platform issues, or reliance on Site content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QAR-QUBE’s total liability for claims arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid directly to QAR-QUBE through the Site for the specific online transaction giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

This limitation does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Vehicle damage, valet, storage, wash, detail, concierge, facility, incident, theft, loss, access, retrieval, or service-related claims are governed by the applicable service agreement, waiver, ticket, invoice terms, posted facility rules, insurance terms, and applicable law, not solely by these Website Terms.

24. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QAR-QUBE and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, affiliates, representatives, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

Your use or misuse of the Site
Your violation of these Terms
Your submission of false, inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information
Your User Submissions
Your violation of any law or third-party right
Your misuse of online booking, payment, communication, or form features

25. Force Majeure

QAR-QUBE will not be liable for delays, failures, interruptions, errors, unavailability, or inability to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, storms, hurricanes, flooding, fire, power outages, internet outages, cyberattacks, labor shortages, supplier failures, government orders, emergencies, equipment failure, civil unrest, accidents, or other events beyond our control.

26. Termination or Restriction of Access

We may suspend, block, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Site, submitted false information, created risk for QAR-QUBE or others, or engaged in unlawful or improper conduct.

Termination or restriction of Site access does not waive any rights or remedies available to QAR-QUBE.

27. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts serving Palm Beach County, Florida, unless another venue is required by applicable law.

You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

The invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent as closely as possible.

29. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

30. Entire Agreement for Website Use

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented through the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and QAR-QUBE regarding your use of the Site.

Separate service agreements, waivers, invoices, tickets, posted facility rules, or membership terms may apply to QAR-QUBE’s physical facility and vehicle-related services.
