BUILT TO SOLVE DELRAY’S PARKING PROBLEM
QAR-QUBE was built around a simple idea: Delray Beach needs smarter parking.
As Downtown Delray continues to grow, parking has become more than an inconvenience. It affects traffic flow, restaurant access, event attendance, employee parking, customer experience, business growth, and the overall quality of life downtown.
QAR-QUBE was created to be part of the solution.
By combining valet, storage, vehicle care, and concierge services in one location, QAR-QUBE gives residents, visitors, restaurant guests, business owners, event hosts, seasonal residents, and vehicle owners a better way to manage their vehicles in the heart of Delray Beach.

Located at 325 NE 3rd Ave, QAR-QUBE combines valet parking, vehicle storage, car washing, detailing, and concierge support inside one professionally managed automotive facility.
Instead of operating like a traditional open lot or standard garage, QAR-QUBE uses an advanced 52-spot automated vehicle platform designed to store vehicles through a clean, controlled, multi-level system.
Our goal is simple: make parking, storing, and caring for your vehicle easier while helping Downtown Delray move better.
2019
PROJECT FOUNDATION
The original garage concept was formed around a high-density automated vehicle storage system designed to fit 52 vehicles within a compact downtown footprint. The goal was to bring a smarter parking structure to 325 NE 3rd Ave in Delray Beach.
2022
PROJECT COORDINATION AND TESTING
The garage moved through deeper coordination, electrical planning, vehicle access planning, height considerations, and operational testing preparation. This phase helped move the system from concept and construction into practical use.
2025
SYSTEM ACCEPTANCE AND READINESS
The lift-slide system entered formal site acceptance, testing, inspection, and maintenance activity. Platform testing, safety checks, and system review helped prepare the garage for real-world operation.
2026
QAR-QUBE TAKES SHAPE
QAR-QUBE begins its public-facing rollout as Delray Beach’s first garage of its kind, offering valet parking, storage, car washing, detailing, and concierge services from one advanced 52-spot facility.
